2. Data we process
Your account
- Name, email and password (stored as a hash) of the team’s members.
- Billing data: payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Technical access logs (IP, date and time), for security.
Lists and checks
- The email addresses you send by file, through the API or in the dashboard, and the result of each check.
- The uploaded files and the reports generated from them.
For this data you are the controller and we are the processor (LGPD, art. 5): we process the addresses only to perform the check you asked for.
The website’s free tool
The address you enter is checked and the result is shown on screen. The visitor’s IP is used only, in hashed form, to apply the daily check limit.
3. What we use it for
- Providing the service: checking addresses, showing reports, charging credits (performance of a contract).
- Security and abuse prevention, such as usage limits and blocking harvesting (legitimate interest).
- Legal and tax obligations (compliance with a legal obligation).
- Account communications. Product news emails only with your permission, and you can opt out at any time.
4. How long we keep it
- Check results: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
- Account and credit history: for as long as the account exists and for the period required by tax law.
5. Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- Infrastructure providers (servers and network) that host the service.
- Recipients’ mail servers: to check a mailbox, the address’s domain and the address itself are disclosed to the mail server responsible for it, over the SMTP protocol, without sending any message.
- Authorities, when required by law.
6. Cookies
The website uses only essential cookies (session and CSRF protection). We do not use advertising cookies.
7. Your rights
